We’re seeking an Entry-Level Management Trainee to join our hands-on rotational training program designed to fast-track your growth into a leadership role. This unique opportunity provides broad exposure to critical business functions including marketing, operations, human resources, customer service, and event planning.

What You’ll Do:

• Participate in a structured rotational training program across multiple departments

• Support and coordinate nonprofit events and live promotional campaigns

• Represent partner organizations professionally at community and outreach events

• Assist team leads with daily operations, workflow management, and performance tracking

• Attend training sessions focused on leadership, project management, and outreach best practices

• Analyze operational processes and propose improvements

• Shadow department heads and engage in mentorship opportunities

• Complete training projects and present recommendations to company leadership

• Maintain detailed records and documentation throughout your training experience

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred but not required

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
