In this position, you will work directly with our management team to learn how to support event operations, lead small groups, and represent our clients at live promotional events. You’ll gain hands-on experience while developing the skills needed to move into a leadership role.
Learn daily event operations and apply best practices
Assist managers with on-site event activities and team guidance
Communicate key talking points to event attendees and provide excellent customer interaction
Support event setup, breakdown, and general logistics
Demonstrate procedures for new team members as you grow
Track event performance and share insights with leadership
Maintain a professional and positive presence at all events
Build strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
