    Key Responsibilities

    • Learn and support day-to-day business operations and team leadership

    • Assist with training, coaching, and motivating team members

    • Support marketing campaigns, client services, and brand promotions

    • Help analyze performance metrics and contribute to business strategy

    • Participate in event execution, customer engagement, and outreach initiatives

    • Collaborate with leadership to develop management and leadership skills

    • Take on increasing responsibility as training progresses

    Qualifications

    • Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.

    • Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills

    • Self-motivated, coachable, and goal-oriented

    • Comfortable in fast-paced, team-driven environments

    • Interest in management, leadership, business, marketing, or operations

    • Previous experience in customer service, sales, marketing, or team leadership is a plus but not required
