Learn and support day-to-day business operations and team management
Assist with training, coaching, and motivating team members
Support marketing campaigns, client services, and brand promotions
Help analyze performance metrics and contribute to business strategy
Participate in event execution, customer engagement, and outreach initiatives
Collaborate with leadership to develop management and leadership skills
Take on increasing responsibility as training progresses
Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
