    Job Description Qualifications:

    Boeing Commercial Airplanes is seeking an Entry-Level Manufacturing Planner Scheduler to join our team in Everett, WA.

    Position Responsibilities:

    • Develops project and program plans at all levels across functional areas to achieve objectives within scope, time, quality, and constraints from initiation to post completion

    • Prepares, analyzes, coordinates, assigns, integrates, and maintains project plans, programs, and initiatives

    • Creates and conducts studies, analysis (trend, variance, impact), risk assessments to determine impacts, and constraints involving product development, production rates, process improvement, program initiatives

    • Prepares schedule, reports, monitors metrics, change activity, communicates and updates plan regularly throughout lifecycle of program or project

    • Manages change management processes and communicates decisions and best practices to stakeholders

    • Coordinates ongoing projects and serves as a liaison between cross functional teams

    • Performs project management activities in accordance with accepted project management industry standards, tools, and reports

    • Performs closeout of projects, documents lessons learned

    • Works with customers to develop recovery plans, provide relevant documentations, and transitions projects to customer for ongoing support ensuring commitment to stakeholders

    This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

    The position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

    Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

    • Experience as a Manufacturing Planner

    Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

    • Bachelor's Degree or higher

    Typical Education & Experience:

    • Entry-Level: Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. 4 years' related work experience)
