Job Ad: Entry-Level Manufacturing Technician (Steel & Sheet Metal Industry)

Position Summary: We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team. No prior experience is required – we are willing to train the right candidate who demonstrates a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience with cutting-edge manufacturing equipment and develop skills that extend beyond this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Organize and track inventory using Google Sheets and Google Docs

Assist with sheet metal production, including popping out parts and cleaning fiber lasers

Operate fiber lasers and press brakes (training provided)

Learn and develop programming skills for machinery operation

Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment

Collaborate effectively with team members in a fast-paced, changing environment

Qualifications:

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities

Positive attitude and motivation to learn new skills

Team-oriented mindset and willingness to assist others

Prior manufacturing or steel industry experience is a plus, but not required

Compensation & Schedule:

Starting Pay: $16 – $20 per hour (based on experience)

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (no weekends)
