Job Description

We are looking for an Entry Level Marketing & Public Relations Representative to join our Scottsdale team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about marketing, communication, and brand development. As a key player in our campaigns, you will be responsible for helping to plan, execute, and manage promotional strategies that increase visibility for our clients. No two days will be the same in this fast-paced, creative environment!

Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and events
• Develop and maintain relationships with media outlets and influencers
• Create and distribute press releases, media kits, and promotional materials
• Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing insights for improvement
• Support the team in organizing and attending client events
• Assist with social media content creation and strategy implementation
• Manage communication between clients, media, and internal teams
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Creative mindset and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, etc.)
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not required)
• No prior experience needed – just a passion for marketing and public relations!
