    About the Role:

    Epic Distribution is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry Level Office Administrator to support multiple departments within our growing company. This position is ideal for someone who is organized, eager to learn, and interested in growing into higher-level responsibilities over time.

    The ideal candidate will assist with daily office operations, customer service, accounting support, sales support, and administrative tasks while gaining hands-on experience across all areas of the business.

    Responsibilities:

    Manage daily office operations, ensuring a smooth workflow.

    Assist in scheduling meetings and coordinating appointments.

    Handle incoming calls and respond to inquiries professionally.

    Maintain filing systems and ensure accurate record-keeping.

    Support the team with administrative tasks and projects.

    Prepare and distribute internal communications and reports.

    Assist with inventory management and office supplies ordering.

    Open, sort, and distribute incoming mail and correspondence

    Assist with customer billing and vendor invoice processing

    Match invoices, receivers, and purchase documentation for accuracy

    Record and process customer payments

    File and maintain organized records and office documents

    Assist with generating reports and identifying discrepancies or errors

    Support the sales department with sample requests, quotes, and administrative tasks

    Answer incoming phone calls and direct inquiries appropriately

    Take customer orders and relay information to the customer service team

    Process credit card payments accurately and securely

    Assist with general office organization and miscellaneous administrative duties

    Provide support to various departments as needed

    Requirements:

    High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.

    Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

    Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

    Basic math and data entry skills

    Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

    Positive attitude and a willingness to learn.

    Prior experience in an office setting is a plus but not required.

    Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
