    Position Overview Supporting one of the largest QSR brands, the Operations Assistant plays a critical role in keeping two store locations running smoothly and efficiently. This position combines behind-the-scenes coordination with hands-on support, ensuring strong operational performance while contributing to a positive guest experience. You’ll work across locations in Channahon and Pontiac, IL, helping drive consistency, organization, and day-to-day success.

    Key Responsibilities

    Team & Guest Experience

    Partner with store leadership to drive a positive team environment

    Maintain strong operational flow by supporting both back-office and in-store activities

    Assist with floor coverage and provide excellent customer service when needed

    Support brand standards, cleanliness, and overall store presentation

    Business & Financial Performance

    Conduct weekly inventory counts and investigate discrepancies

    Ensure stores remain properly stocked through regular ordering

    Support performance tracking through audits and reporting

    Administrative & Operational Support

    Create and manage schedules across two locations based on business needs

    Coordinate with vendors for maintenance, deliveries, and issue resolution

    Execute product ordering and monitor inventory levels, ensuring that the stores always have the appropriate stock

    Perform brand excellence audits and record store performance data

    Assist with merchandising and sales initiatives, including new product placement

    What We’re Looking For

    6-12 months of previous experience in a quick-service restaurant environment

    Experience with scheduling, inventory management, and ordering supplies

    Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

    High attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards

    Ability to stay organized and manage multiple priorities

    High school diploma or equivalent (background check required)

    What to Expect

    Flexible schedule (5 day work week which includes one weekend day off, shifts typically start at 6:00AM and end at 2:00PM)

    A dynamic role combining administrative responsibilities with hands-on support

    Work across two store locations as business needs require

    Active, fast-paced environment with some physical demands (candidates should be able to sit, stand, traverse, etc. for up to 12 hours and lift up to 50lbs.)
