What You'll Do
As a Fiber Field Sales Representative, you'll spend your days out in the community meeting homeowners and introducing them to reliable, high-speed fiber internet.
Every day you'll:
Build relationships through professional, face-to-face conversations
Educate homeowners on available fiber services
Recommend solutions based on each customer's needs
Represent Ethos Sales and our trusted provider partners with professionalism and enthusiasm

Minimum Requirements
Valid driver's license
Reliable vehicle
Fluent in English (spoken and written)
Comfortable with face-to-face, door-to-door interactions
Self-motivated with a positive attitude
Willingness to travel for work
What Will Make You Stand Out
While not required, these qualifications will help you stand out:
Door-to-door sales experience (roofing, solar, pest control, alarms, home security, etc.)
Fiber or telecommunications sales experience
Customer service, hospitality, retail, or other people-focused experience
Bilingual (Spanish/English)
Strong relationship-building skills
Entrepreneurial mindset with initiative and accountability
