    Job Description Qualifications:

    The Boeing Company is currently seeking an Entry Level Parts Applicability Specialist to join the team in San Diego, CA.

    Position Responsibilities:

    • Ability to read and visualize engineering data for the purpose of determining disassembly sequence of parts and components
    • Coordinates deliverables with management and peers
    • Maintains consistent authoring practices in accordance with approved specifications
    • Adheres to deadlines
    • Builds trust with our customers and shows a commitment to transparency and excellence by meeting and exceeding their expectations
    • Works with a diverse team demonstrating listening skills, seeking feedback and responding appropriately & respectfully in a timely manner
    • Conducts analysis of Boeing and Supplier engineering source data packages for line replaceable components to be published in the Boeing Illustrated Parts Catalog / Illustrated Parts Data (IPC/IPD) under the guidance of a mentor

    This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location.

    The position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

    Basic Qualifications

    • Associate’s Degree in a technical field OR at least two (2) years work experience in a related field
    • Experience working in fast paced environment with strict deadlines
    • Experience working both independently and in team environments
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Excellent problem solving, interpersonal, time management, and organization skills
    • Customer service skills
    • Analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Experience understanding detailed engineering requirements helpful but not required

    Typical Education & Experience:

    Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Associate) or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. 2 years' related work experience).

    Relocation:
