Pay: $21–$24 per hour, based on experience.

We’re looking for a reliable, skilled Pool Service Technician to join our growing team in Silt, CO. This is a long-term opportunity with steady work, benefits, room for advancement and a great work environment.

Schedule

4-day workweek: 4 × 10-hour shifts

Monday–Thursday or Tuesday–Friday

Report to our shop in SIlt each morning, then head to assigned service locations (typically Aspen)

Finish your route and head home, unless you need to return to the shop

What You’ll Do

Repair and maintain valves, filters, pumps, and other pool equipment

Balance chemicals in pools and spas

Inspect and troubleshoot commercial swimming pools

Perform minor plumbing and electrical repairs

Diagnose and repair control systems, time clocks, heaters, filters, salt systems, covers, pumps and other pool equipment

Provide professional, friendly customer service at all job sites

Qualifications

Must live in Colorado

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Background check and drug test required

Strong customer service and communication skills (verbal & written)

Maintain a professional appearance

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb stairs, and walk distances

Preferred Experience

Full working knowledge of pool repair (plumbing, masonry, minor electrical, pump/heater diagnostics)

1+ year of pool maintenance experience

Certified Pool Operator (CPO)
