Job Description Qualifications:

The Boeing Company is currently seeking an Entry Level Procurement Agent to join the BDS, Commodities, Systems, and Supplier Diversity organization located in Mesa, AZ.

This Entry Level Procurement Agent position will be supporting our Fabrication business partners in the Metals, Composites, and Electrical Centers of Excellence.

Position Responsibilities:

• Assists with continuous review and analysis of demand and supply
• Supports the sourcing strategies, negotiations and documenting of contracts and agreements
• Gathers data for supplier performance evaluation and improvement opportunities

This is a hybrid position that allows telecommuting. The selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at the listed location option.

The position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• Experience with Microsoft Office Products like Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
• Experience working under pressure in a fast-paced role with strict deadlines

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• Experience in Procurement and Supply Chain processes
• Experience interacting with customers or suppliers regarding contract requirements and /or proposals

Typical Education & Experience:

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. 4 years' related work experience).
