    Job Description Qualifications:

    Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS): Air Dominance (Phantom Works: Prop 6) has a unique and exciting opportunity for an Entry Level Procurement Agent to join our dynamic team in Berkeley, Missouri. The successful candidate will support Proprietary efforts in a fast-paced environment while learning new skills, solving challenging problems, and experiencing opportunities to grow in the Air Dominance Supply Chain organization. This is a hybrid position with a minimum of 3 days/week on site at the listed location.

    Position Responsibilities:

    • Assists with continuous review and analysis of demand and supply

    • Supports the sourcing strategies, negotiations and documenting of contracts and agreements

    • Gathers data for supplier performance evaluation and improvement opportunities

    • Integrates program, customer, product strategies into source selection, negotiation and contracting strategies. Negotiates pricing and contract terms and conditions

    • Prepares and executes negotiated contractual documents and binding agreements

    • Conducts risk, issues and opportunities management. Manages supply and demand, schedules, supplier quality, delivery and financial performance

    • General understanding/ability/knowledge to act independently when working routine problems or situations

    • General knowledge of regulation, company and local policies, procedures and regulations

    This position is hybrid. The selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options. This is at the hiring team’s discretion and could potentially change in the future.

    This position is for 1st shift.

    This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. (An Interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post Start is required.)

    Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

    • Experience working directly with suppliers or supplier management

    • Experience managing suppliers/vendors to deliver products and services

    • Microsoft Office Suite proficiency

    Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

    • Bachelor’s degree or higher.

    Typical Education/Experience:

    • Typically related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred, but not required.

    Relocation:

    Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.

    Travel:

    Position may require travel up to 10% of the time.

    Summary pay range: $51,850 - $70,150
