We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated Production Supervisor to support our Production and Sales teams. Position Summary: As the Production Supervisor, you will play a key role in overseeing and supporting construction projects, ensuring materials and inspections are handled efficiently. You will also maintain excellent communication with customers and internal teams while creating detailed documentation and photo verification of all services completed.
Key Responsibilities:
Pick up materials for inspections and projects
Supervise construction builds and ensure work meets quality standards
Perform job site inspections throughout the build process with documentation
Maintain consistent communication with customers during construction
Assist Production and Sales teams with other duties as needed (Gutter cleaning, initial inspections, verifying material deliveries, etc.)
Availability needed:
Generally Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM (some days may start earlier or extend until sunset depending on project needs, occasional weekends required)
Approximately 40 hours per week
Compensation & Benefits:
Starting pay: $24.00/hour
Pay increase to $25.00/hour after completing a 10-Hour OSHA training and demonstrating strong understanding of roofing systems
Sick time accrual in accordance with Colorado FAMLI guidelines
Option to enroll in company-sponsored 401(k) after 30 days of employment
Accrual of Paid Time Off (up to 40 hours per year) after one year of employment
Requirements:
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Strong organizational and communication skills
Willingness to learn and grow in the roofing/construction industry
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Previous construction or roofing experience is a plus, but not required
