Position Summary

AXL Advanced is looking for tactical gear enthusiasts who are ready to get hands-on and start from the ground up. This is an entry-level position designed for people who live and breathe nylon gear — the kind who constantly tweak their loadouts, follow every new drop from Spiritus, Ferro, and Shaw, and have strong opinions about what makes a great setup.

You’ll start working in “the pit” — our production floor — where we cut, assemble, sew, and pack the products that define AXL. It’s fast-paced, physical work that requires precision, teamwork, and pride in craftsmanship. From there, motivated team members can grow into specialized roles across product design, manufacturing, marketing, customer support, and management.

This is not a desk job — it’s a chance to turn your obsession with tactical gear into a real career.

What You’ll Do

Work in production, laser cutting, sewing, and shipping to understand AXL’s gear from the inside out

Assist with assembly, inspection, and packing of tactical nylon products

Collaborate with teammates to meet daily production goals

Learn and grow in a high-performance environment surrounded by people who share your passion

Contribute feedback on gear designs, features, and functionality — your opinions matter here

Who We’re Looking For

We want people who don’t just like tactical gear — they live it.

Qualifications

Strong passion and working knowledge of modern tactical gear, including pouches, carriers, comms, packs, and accessories

Interest in hands-on production work (laser cutting, sewing, assembly, or shipping)

Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods

Attention to detail and pride in doing quality work

Team-player mindset and willingness to learn new skills
