In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting various project teams within the organization, gaining valuable experience in project management and execution. As an Entry Level Project Coordinator, you will work closely with project managers and team members to ensure that projects are on track, deadlines are met, and quality standards are maintained.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning and execution of project tasks and deliverables
• Coordinate meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and minute-taking
• Maintain project documentation, including plans, timelines, and status reports
• Support project managers in tracking project progress and budgets
• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders regarding project updates
• Assist in the identification and mitigation of project risks and issues

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Basic understanding of project management principles
