Add Value: • Direct mentorship from top-producing agents • Proven lead systems to build a client base • Training in prospecting, client conversion, and negotiations • Supportive, high-energy office environment • Growth path for long-term success Responsibilities: • Generate leads and actively grow a client pipeline • Attend team trainings and skill-building sessions • Follow up with leads until appointments are set with a listing or buyer’s agent • Maintain relationships with past and current homebuyers through calls, emails, and other outreach so they think of our team when ready to buy again • Track and evaluate the team’s progress toward company goals by producing monthly and quarterly sales reports • Manage incoming sales inquiries from qualified leads and convert them into new clients • Update and maintain customer records in the CRM, ensuring agents have accurate, up-to-date information Qualifications: • A valid Real Estate License is required • Sales Experience • A valid Drivers License is required Compensation: $140,000 at plan
