Qualifications: Real Estate License. Experience in customer service or sales, showcasing your ability to engage and build rapport with clients. Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, to convey information clearly and persuasively. Proven track record of setting and achieving personal or professional goals, demonstrating your drive and ambition. Familiarity with real estate principles or a willingness to learn, ensuring you can guide clients confidently. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently, keeping your workflow smooth. Ability to work independently and collaboratively, adapting to different team dynamics and client needs. Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for communication and lead management, enhancing your productivity. Compensation: $114,400 - $235,300 yearly
