Responsibilities: • Generate leads through prospecting, networking, and consistent follow-up • Attend trainings and coaching sessions to build skills and stay on track with goals • Conduct lead follow-up until appointments are set with a listing or buyer’s agent • Maintain long-term relationships with clients through phone, email, and ongoing communication • Manage sales inquiries from qualified leads and convert them into new clients • Track and evaluate progress by producing monthly and quarterly sales reports • Use CRM systems to ensure client and lead data is accurate, current, and accessible to the team Qualifications: • A valid Real Estate License • Great communication Compensation: $160,000 at plan
