Responsibilities: • Actively engage with potential clients in the Beverly, MA area to establish connections and create leads for the business. • Participate in training sessions that are specifically designed to improve real estate knowledge and enhance selling skills. • Work persistently to follow up on leads until successful appointments are scheduled with either a listing or buyer’s agent. • Maintain regular communication with homebuyers through phone calls and emails to nurture relationships and increase brand recognition. • Prepare and present monthly and quarterly sales reports to monitor team progress towards company objectives. • Address sales inquiries from qualified leads promptly and efficiently convert them into new clients. • Keep customer information for agents updated and accurate using the CRM system. • Organize and conduct appointments with clients in an efficient manner.
