Responsibilities: • Support buyer and seller conversations generated through the Zillow Flex program • Learn to educate clients on market conditions, pricing, and next steps • Assist with showings, open houses, and client appointments as assigned • Learn to manage client communication from first contact through closing • Use CRM systems to track follow-up and client activity • Partner with team leadership for coaching, feedback, and skill development • Represent a luxury real estate brand with professionalism and care • Learn how to create repeat business and referrals through strong client experience Qualifications: • Active real estate license is required in order to work with clients and earn commissions • Strong communication and listening skills • Coachable mindset with a willingness to follow systems and guidance • Reliable, organized, and consistent with follow-up • Comfortable working with clients both in person and remotely • Professional presentation and client-focused approach • Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends • Desire to build a long-term real estate career within a team environment Compensation: $165,000+
