Responsibilities: • Learn and apply Keller Williams models and systems for success • Build relationships with clients through communication and follow-up • Attend team meetings, training sessions, and coaching calls • Prospect for new clients through networking, referrals, and outreach • Assist clients through each step of the buying or selling process • Manage CRM data and maintain consistent contact with prospects • Conduct open houses and property showings with professionalism Qualifications: • Must have or be actively pursuing a California real estate license • Real estate license required in order to work with clients and earn commissions • Strong desire to learn and grow within the real estate industry • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Self-motivated with a high level of personal accountability • Positive attitude with a willingness to follow proven systems • Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team • Detail-oriented and organized with effective time management • Professional appearance and commitment to customer service Compensation: $140,000+ at plan commissions
