Qualifications: • Real Estate License. • Experience in customer service or sales roles, showcasing your ability to connect with clients. • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both in writing and verbally. • Proven track record of being self-motivated and driven to achieve personal and team goals. • Familiarity with digital tools and platforms for managing leads and client interactions. • Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes with enthusiasm. • Ability to work collaboratively with a team, sharing insights and strategies for success. • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively. Compensation: $150,500 - $225,000 yearly
