Qualifications: • Experience in customer service or sales is a plus, but not required. • Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with clients. • Proven track record of setting and achieving personal goals. • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment. • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple clients and tasks. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for communication and marketing is desirable, but not essential. Compensation: $125,400 - $207,500 yearly at plan
