Qualifications: • Experience in customer service or sales, showcasing your ability to connect with clients. • Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, to guide clients through complex processes. • Proven track record of working collaboratively within a team to achieve shared goals. • Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms to manage client relationships and transactions. • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple clients and tasks efficiently. • Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and client needs with a positive attitude. • Willingness to learn and grow in the real estate industry, embracing mentorship and training opportunities. Compensation: $125,400 - $207,500 yearly at plan
