Responsibilities: • Engage with potential clients to understand their real estate needs and preferences, ensuring a personalized experience. • Conduct property showings and open houses, showcasing homes in a way that highlights their unique features. • Collaborate with experienced agents to learn best practices in lead generation and client relationship management. • Utilize our systems and tools to manage client information, track leads, and streamline transaction processes. • Participate in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve your skills and stay updated on industry trends. • Assist in preparing and presenting offers, ensuring all documentation is accurate and submitted in a timely manner. • Build and maintain a network of contacts within the real estate community to foster future business opportunities. Qualifications: • Real Estate License (or willingness to get licensed quickly). • Experience in customer service or sales, with a passion for helping others find their dream home. • Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with clients, ensuring a personalized and positive experience. • Proven track record of being a self-starter, eager to learn, and adaptable to new challenges. • Familiarity with real estate principles and practices, or a willingness to learn and grow in this area. • Ability to work collaboratively with a team, sharing insights and learning from experienced agents. • Proficiency in using digital tools and systems to manage client information and streamline processes. • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. Compensation: $125,000 - $285,000 yearly
