Qualifications: • Real Estate License required. • Experience in customer service or sales roles, showcasing your ability to connect with people. • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing, to guide clients through transactions. • Proven track record of being proactive and taking initiative in fast-paced environments. • Familiarity with digital tools and platforms for managing leads and client interactions. • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently. • Willingness to learn and adapt to new real estate trends and market changes. • Ability to work collaboratively within a team, sharing insights and strategies for mutual success. Compensation: $125,000 - $185,000 yearly
