Responsibilities: • Engage with potential clients to understand their real estate needs and preferences. • Conduct property tours and provide insightful information to prospective buyers. • Assist clients in navigating the buying or selling process with confidence and clarity. • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals. • Collaborate with team members to strategize and implement effective marketing plans. • Stay informed about market trends and property values to offer clients the best advice. • Negotiate offers and contracts to achieve favorable outcomes for clients and the company alike. Compensation: $125,500 - $292,000 yearly
