We are looking for a real estate agent who is newly licensed or close to completing pre-licensing and wants to learn to build a strong foundation in real estate within a structured Los Angeles environment while earning rewarding commissions. This opportunity is a strong fit for agents who want clear direction, hands-on experience, and the ability to develop real skills early while working alongside experienced agents in an active office. You will learn how to work with both buyers and sellers through practical training focused on communication, market awareness, and consistent daily activity.
