Qualifications: • Experience in customer service or sales, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills. • Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, to build rapport with clients. • Proven track record of being a self-starter, eager to learn and grow in a dynamic environment. • Familiarity with real estate principles or a willingness to learn quickly and adapt. • Ability to manage time efficiently, balancing multiple tasks and responsibilities. • Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for communication and lead management. • Willingness to participate in ongoing training and team meetings to enhance skills and knowledge. Compensation: $102,500 - $189,400 yearly
