Qualifications: A real estate license is required to work with clients and earn commissions. Ability to communicate effectively and professionally, both in writing and verbally, to connect with clients and team members. Proven track record of being organized and detail-oriented, ensuring smooth transaction processes. Familiarity with CRM tools or willingness to learn to efficiently manage leads and client interactions.
