Qualifications: • Real Estate License. • Experience in customer service or sales, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills. • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing. • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding goals in a fast-paced environment. • Familiarity with real estate principles and practices, or a willingness to learn quickly. • Proficient in using digital tools and platforms for communication and marketing. • Ability to work collaboratively within a team to achieve shared goals. • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently. Compensation: $120,000 - $185,000 yearly
