Responsibilities: • Represent buyers and sellers in residential real estate transactions • Conduct market analyses to help clients make informed decisions • Guide clients through the buying and selling process from start to finish • Prepare and present offers, counteroffers, and related documents • Host open houses and private showings • Maintain active communication with clients, team members, and partners • Stay current on local market trends and industry best practices • Consistently follow up on leads and manage client pipeline through CRM • Utilize team-provided marketing tools and resources to build brand presence • Participate in ongoing training and team meetings • Deliver an exceptional, client-first experience that generates repeat and referral business Qualifications: • Must have an active real estate license in Minnesota to be considered for this position • Proven experience as a real estate agent • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Self-motivated , goal-oriented, and client-focused Compensation: $80,000 - $120,000 yearly
