We are looking for the next great local agent. You don't need a real estate license to apply. You do need grit, a deep love for the SW Colorado community, and the discipline to show up every single day. We provide the systems, the lead-gen tech, and a dedicated mentor to make sure you actually succeed. Why Join the CPG Team? • A Proven Path: Success here is nearly a guarantee if you follow our lead. We’ve been a local staple for over 10 years. • Don't Go It Alone: You’ll have an in-house transaction coordinator and a sales manager to help you close deals. • Real Goals: We help you hit the milestone of one solid appointment per week.
