Responsibilities: • Manage and follow up on leads through proven systems • Work with buyers and sellers from initial consultation to close • Collaborate with the partnering lender to guide clients through financing options • Participate in open houses, events, and prospecting activities • Maintain consistent communication with clients to ensure top-tier service • Utilize CRM and marketing tools to stay organized and efficient • Attend team trainings, meetings, and accountability sessions • Contribute to a positive, productive team culture focused on results Qualifications: • An active California real estate license is required in order to work with clients and earn commissions • Strong communication and relationship-building skills • Driven, professional, and proactive • Comfortable managing leads, client relationships, and open houses • Tech-friendly and organized with CRM and marketing tools • Team-oriented with a desire to grow within a supportive structure • Open to mentorship, training, and collaboration to improve production Compensation: $155,000+ at plan earnings
