Responsibilities: • Successfully complete and apply our comprehensive training program. • Guide buyers through the full home-buying journey, securing buyer agreements and identifying properties that align with their goals. • Advise sellers on pricing and listing strategies, converting consultations into active listings and marketing homes effectively. • Skillfully negotiate offers on behalf of buyers and sellers to achieve optimal outcomes. • Host open houses to generate interest, build relationships, and attract qualified buyers. • Proactively engage with leads via phone, text, and email to convert inquiries into committed clients. • Participate in weekly script practice to sharpen communication, confidence, and sales effectiveness. • Commit to ongoing professional growth through weekly one-on-one coaching, team trainings, and Partner Calls.
