Responsibilities: • Communicate with prospective buyers and sellers by phone, text, email, and in person • Follow up with leads and maintain consistent communication • Schedule appointments and assist with client consultations • Learn and implement lead generation and prospecting strategies • Maintain accurate records and update client information in CRM systems • Assist clients throughout the real estate process from initial contact through closing • Participate in training, coaching, and skill development activities • Build and maintain professional relationships within the community Qualifications: • A valid Real Estate License is required for this job • Strong communication and relationship-building skills • Positive attitude and willingness to learn • Self motivated with a strong work ethic • Comfortable using technology and CRM systems • Organized and able to manage multiple tasks • Goal oriented and committed to personal growth Compensation: $140,000 at plan earnings
