Responsibilities: • Engage with new leads and convert them into appointments • Follow up consistently with potential buyers and sellers • Learn and apply team systems for lead generation and client care • Attend training sessions and team meetings for continued growth • Manage client data within the CRM to keep communication organized • Support client relationships through calls, texts, and emails Qualifications: • Active California Real Estate License • Strong communication and organizational skills • Sales or customer service background preferred • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation • Positive, coachable, and goal-oriented mindset Compensation: $160,000 at plan
