Entry Level Receptionist/Administrative Support Entry Level Receptionist/Administrative Support with possibility for growth as a licensed agent.
About You: Do you enjoy helping and talking to people on the phone and in person? You are comfortable working on a computer all day and are detailed oriented as well, you are computer literate. You desire to be part of a team. You want to start a new and exciting career.

Our independent insurance business is based on the relationships we build within our team, our clients, potential clients, our community and the companies we work with. As an independent insurance agency, we work for our clients, not one insurance company.
Our hours are Monday thru Friday from 9:00 – 5:00, we will provide training.
Job Responsibilities:
Welcome face of the Agency
Greet and direct clients
Answer phone calls and route to appropriate person
Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures)
Accept & Process Payments-
Daily Banking
Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock
Update calendars and schedule meetings
Maintain computer files
Provide general office support for various departments
Data entry, electronic file, fax and copy
Track, order, and maintain office supplies
Sending out correspondence to clients as requested
Establish working relationships with clients, potential clients, & companies we represent
Supporting teammates with follow up for clients and prospects
Promptly respond to client needs
Maintain electronic client files and process routine correspondence between our agency and the client or company
Assist with other office duties as they arise and are needed
Other duties as assigned
Professional and Personal Skills:
Education:
High school or equivalent
Experience:
No previous insurance experience is required. We will train and educate the successful candidate. However, having previous experience working within the insurance industry or an insurance license is a bonus. Bilingual is preferred but not required.

Hourly wage commensurate with experience. We are an ESOP company and we offer competitive benefits.
