Responsibilities: • Identify and engage with potential candidates through various channels to build a diverse talent pool. • Conduct initial screenings to assess candidates' skills, experience, and alignment with our company values. • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and progress in our applicant tracking system. • Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and interviewers. Qualifications: • Experience in engaging with potential candidates through various channels to build a diverse talent pool. • Ability to conduct initial screenings to assess candidates' skills, experience, and alignment with company values. • Proficiency in maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions in an applicant tracking system. • Skill in coordinating and scheduling interviews to ensure a seamless experience for candidates and interviewers. • Ability to provide timely feedback to candidates, fostering a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Compensation: $18 - $21 hourly
