Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong organizational skills with a high attention to detail

Ability to manage multiple priorities without losing momentum

An agile mindset—you adapt quickly as priorities change

A proactive approach to work; you anticipate needs and take initiative

Ability to operate effectively as an independent contractor, managing time, priorities, and deliverables.

A genuine interest in learning recruiting, staffing, and talent operations

What Sets You Apart (Nice to Have)

Prior experience in coordination, scheduling, recruiting, or administrative support

Comfort working in client-facing or deadline-driven environments
