    THE JOB

    We are currently looking for people to join our company as Upskill Recruiters. Based in the Cleveland, OH area. You'll embark on ten weeks training program to equip you with all the skills that you need to ensure you become a successful recruiter.

    On successful completion of training you will join a client as a Recruiter supporting in the delivery of critical hiring across that business. You will continue to learn virtually, working alongside and learning from experienced colleagues.

    Our 10 week training program will cover a wide array of topics to help you begin your career as a successful recruiter, such as:

    • Create and maintain trusted partner relationships with hiring managers - leading hiring managers through the end-to-end recruitment process from vacancy consultation through to offer stage

    • Deliver excellent candidate experience - from initial contact through to start date, ensuring candidates receive the information they need to progress through the process and timely feedback after interviews

    • Supporting hiring managers to initiate hiring against a new vacancy. Develop and execute the attraction strategy for new roles, including selecting appropriate channels to market, identifying and connecting with potential candidates, and selecting the most suitable candidates to enter the recruitment process

    • Carry out initial candidate selection by cv review and phone screen of potential candidates, and creating a shortlist of high-quality, qualified candidates for hiring manager review

    • Schedule candidate interviews with client stakeholders, and manage the exchange of feedback after interview - supporting hiring managers to make hiring decisions

    • Manage the offer process and close the candidate - broker the offer with the chosen candidate, manage objections/negotiations and support the candidate during their notice period

    • Ensure client recruitment policy and employment legislation is upheld throughout the process, including compliant use of client technology

    You'll need to demonstrate:

    • A real desire to work in the recruitment industry and embrace this opportunity

    • Be able to work through problems and challenges in a practical and logical way

    • Show resilience and adaptability

    • Have a track record of working well in a team-based environment

    • Be resident and eligible to work in the US. While the role is remote this cohort of applicants will be based around the Cleveland, OH area.This will provide a virtual local hub and perhaps the opportunity for some cohort get-togethers in the future.

    • Have a minimum of 12 months commercial experience, ideally gained in a customer facing role; but most importantly we want to hear from those that share our values: We are Bold, Authentic, Passionate, Brave and have Integrity.

    • Have a level of technical understanding to ensure your IT Equipment is set up correctly, with the support of our IT Department. You will always be responsible & accountable for keeping our data safe and secure.

    • Have access to a dedicated workspace free from all distractions.

    • Have access to a private "Stable" Super-Fast Broadband connection.

    • Be competent in the use of Microsoft Office products
