What You'll Be Doing:

• Post job ads across multiple platforms (Indeed, ZipRecruiter, social media, etc.)
• Screen incoming applicants via phone, text, and email
• Schedule and coordinate interviews for our hiring managers
• Help with onboarding new hires and getting them set up in our system
• Be a key part of building and growing our internal team
• Learn recruiting, hiring, and sales psychology from experienced leaders

What We're Looking For:

• Positive energy and strong communication skills
• Coachable and eager to learn
• Self-motivated and organized
• Comfortable texting, calling, and talking to new people daily
• Basic computer skills (Google Docs, email, etc.)
• Bonus: Experience in sales, customer service, or team leadership
