The Entry Level Parts Retail Clerk Shift:
Monday through Friday: 8 to 5
Meal break: 1 HR
The Entry Level Parts Retail Clerk position benefits after 90-days such as:

Entry Level Parts Retail Clerk Responsibilities:
· Assist customers friendly and quickly.
· Perform day to day responsibilities accurately and on time.
· Notify the parts supervisor of any problems as they occur.
· Research technician and customer parts requests thoroughly and accurately.
· Maintain physical inventory by keeping stock in proper location, sealable condition and free of safety hazards.
· Report all overages and shortages to the Parts Supervisor.
· Maintain warranty parts area in a clean organized manner.
· Scrap warranty parts in accordance with manufacturer’s policy & procedure
· Other duties not listed may be assigned as needed by the supervisor.
The Entry Level Parts Retail Clerk Requirements:
· High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and or 3-year experience in retail customer service
· Valid driver’s license
· 2 professional references
