317 Elite Sales Team is seeking personable & energetic candidates to join our retail sales team and cross-train in all aspects of; sales, customer service & training systems. Our core is people helping people, and we believe in equipping our staff with an extensive knowledge of business skills in order to promote our management roles 100% from within.

Our set work schedule is Thursday-Monday and while we do offer some flexibility for specific situations, any changes would need to be approved by our management team. This job is 100% in person, working five days a week with our partner stores so comfortably in a retail setting is a must.

Responsibilities for the position:

Customer qualifications and price quotes for client services

Complete sales contracts with customers directly

Provide quality presentations which are tailored to customers individual needs

Be the point of contact after the sale to handle customer needs

Meet and exceed sales goals, working with senior trainers to increase KPIs

Gain training in business management and operations
