Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and analyze transactional activity to identify patterns or anomalies that indicate potential risk.
Support the development and implementation of risk management policies and procedures.
Collaborate with the Operations teams to resolve disputes and mitigate potential risks.
Stay updated on industry trends, Sporting landscape and emerging risks and opportunities in ticketing and e-commerce.
Provide support for compliance initiatives and audits as required.
Identify new and unique paths of profitability and lead initiatives to get them built and running.
Ticket Inventory Management: Monitor and manage ticket inventory, ensuring accuracy, availability, and pricing competitiveness
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
Willingness to work Nights, Weekends and Holidays
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Prior experience in risk analysis, ticketing or related fields
