No roofing or sales experience? That’s totally fine - we provide full training and one-on-one support to help you succeed.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Working in neighborhoods affected by recent storms to connect with homeowners

Using our leads program to reach customers who have already shown interest

Offering free roof inspections and explaining the insurance process

Helping families protect their homes while earning great income along the way

What You’ll Get:

Uncapped commission – many reps earn over $100K

What You’ll Need:

A vehicle to get to customer appointments

Comfort with being outdoors and climbing a roof (we’ll show you how to do it safely)

A good attitude, willingness to learn, and genuine interest in helping people

Don’t worry - you won’t be installing roofs. Your job is to inspect, educate, and guide homeowners through the process. Our experienced crews handle the installation.
