Entry Level Roofing Sales Representative Join a Team That’s Redefining the Roofing Industry

We're seeking a driven Entry Level Sales Representative to join our expanding team! This is an ideal role for individuals eager to kickstart a lucrative sales career, offering competitive pay, hands-on training, and excellent benefits.

What You’ll Get:

Signing Bonus: $1,250 - $2,500 (based on experience)

Employment Type: W-2

Training Period (up to 4 weeks): Base Salary + % Based Earnings: $500 - $750 per week (based on experience, NOT draw)

5% company provided leads

6% self-generated leads

Full Earnings: (No Training Period/No Salary): Available if preferred

10% company provided leads

12% self-generated leads

Company-Provided Weekly Appointments

Car Allowance: $400 per month

Company Car Eligibility: Upon reaching a sales goal of $500,000, a company vehicle will be provided

What We Need From You:

1+ years of experience in a sales-related field

Must be based in or willing to relocate/commute to Dickson, TN

Valid Driver’s License & Reliable Transportation Required

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
