Responsibilities
Build positive relationships with customers through in-person interactions.
Learn and present our products and services with confidence.
Identify customer needs and recommend the best solutions.
Meet individual and team sales goals.
Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
Maintain accurate customer information and follow-up communications.
Collaborate with team members in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong communication and people skills.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
Customer service, retail, or sales experience is a plus, but not required.
Must be able to work in person at our Center City Philadelphia office.
